Legal agreement governing your use of sel77 services and platform

Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.
To access gaming services on sel77, you must register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account. Creation of multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must immediately notify sel77 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. sel77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. sel77 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for certain payment methods. All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name. Withdrawals must be requested to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing typically takes 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (WIB), though processing may be delayed during peak periods, weekends, or public holidays. First-time withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) completion.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) all bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing bonus-related winnings; (b) deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations; (c) sel77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000; (d) withdrawals may be declined if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds (and sometimes the associated deposit) must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely.
sel77 strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and any other activity deemed to be in bad faith. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently closed.
All games on the sel77 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been tested and approved by independent auditing firms. Game outcomes are determined by mathematical algorithms and cannot be predicted or manipulated by sel77 or any external party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages published on the Platform represent theoretical long-term payout rates and do not guarantee results in any individual gaming session.
You agree to use the Platform for entertainment purposes only and accept that gaming involves risk of financial loss. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or technical glitch that affects gameplay or payouts, sel77 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund original stakes. You must immediately report any suspected game malfunction to customer support. Continuing to play a game known to be malfunctioning with the intent to exploit the error constitutes fraud and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sel77 Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sel77, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if sel77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
sel77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that the results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable. The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sel77 from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any rights of a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account and this Agreement.
You may close your account at any time by contacting sel77 customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to fulfillment of all wagering requirements and verification procedures. Unclaimed funds remaining in closed accounts after 90 days may be subject to administrative fees.
sel77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In the event of account termination for cause, sel77 may forfeit your account balance and refuse to process withdrawals.
If your account remains inactive (no login or gameplay activity) for 12 consecutive months, sel77 may classify it as a dormant account and charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws applicable to online gaming services operating in jurisdictions where such services are legally permitted. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between you and sel77.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions.
